Client: AB Pond Hockey
Project: Marketing & Programs
Background: With upto 400 participants and as many as 20 rinks, the Alberta Pond Hockey World Championship Qualification Tournament is Alberta’s largest pond hockey tournament.
Outcome: We created a masculine, sporty and action packed package of marketing materials which included brochures, signage, programs, banners, and a website with online registration. We are headed into the 4th year designing this package and look forward to refreshing the campaign while maintaining the cohesive image we have created.
Cool: The marketing campaign for Alberta Pond Hockey won a 2nd place Marketing Excellence (budget over $5000) Alto award for Alberta tourism.

Client: Pioneer Ranch Camps
Project: Marketing & Programs
Background: Pioneer Ranch Camps goal is to communicate the gospel to children, youth, and adults with clarity, appropriateness, and sensitivity, recognizing the increasing multicultural and secular backgrounds of their guests while have fun with their peers.
Outcome: Working with at least 500 of the most amazing photos from Pioneer Ranch Camps to create their newsletters and programs was a real treat. Combining vibrant colours, bold design elements, and funky type alongside these images, we wanted to tell a story of the amazing experiences potential camp participants could look forward to.
Cool: 100,000 of their programs are printed each year.

Client: Teepee Creek Stampede
Project: Marketing & Programs
Background: For many years, The Teepee Creek Stampede was the largest amateur rodeo in the north and one of the largest amateur events in Canada, but since 2007 they’ve been part of the pro rodeo world. We created a souvenir program to showcase the history and excitement of the rodeo.
Outcome: Incredible action photography was showcased on a blue-jean background that was continued throughout the program. 2000 programs were sold for the 2009 event.
Cool: We were thrilled to help support a project that has so much passion and history from its 93 years in operation.
Client: Accent Magazine
Project: Publishing, design, and some writing
Background: The Accent magazine is a free bi-annual Image Design publication showcasing Grande Prairie’s downtown. With articles featuring downtown shopping, events, a business directory and more, this local magazine highlights our city’s downtown lifestyle.
Outcome: 17,000 copies of Accent are delivered directly to customer’s homes and local businesses. Full-colour, glossy and bursting with awesome downtown-inspired articles, Accent is a magazine people like to hang on to and show off.
Cool: At Image Design, we are proud of our local roots, and we thoroughly enjoy the vibrancy of downtown. Accent is our way of sharing this enthusiasm by promoting awareness of our city’s growing downtown core.
