Client: Peace River Museum
Project: Set of 4 banners
Background: Peace River Centennial Museum and Archives display Native culture and history of the area with themes depicting the Fur Trade, Sir Alexander Mackenzie and Twelve Foot Davis. They came to Image Design needing a series of portable banners that they could use in their museum and at touring exhibits or events.
Outcome: The Museum was very excited about this project, and they were thrilled at the outcome. Each of the banners can be easily retracted for transportation, and they work well as a set or on their own.
Cool: As you can see, these banners are bright! Combining the black and white photos with vibrant graphics effectively makes these stories from the past accessible and appealing to a modern day audience.

Client: GP Museum
Project: Set of 4 banners
Background: The Grande Prairie Museum preserves the rich history of the Grande Prairie region with exhibits, archives, the Heritage Village, and the Centre 2000. They required a display that showcases our history and educates the public about what they do to create this wonderful community resource.
Outcome: These banners were designed and printed in our office using an archived photo of downtown Grande Prairie as the backdrop with additional coloured photos reflecting the history of the community.
Cool: Many of our clients like to have banner sets that they can use as a set or that they can split up. In this set, the last banner in the row can be used on its own for more versatility.

Client: Personal Project
Project: Set of 3 canvas prints
Background: Our brand new wide format printer arrived in our office this winter and we decided to test the quality and the finishing of canvas prints, as well as the process of combining numerous photos (8 images) seamlessly to create a panorama of a favourite sledding spot in the mountains.
Outcome: A striking image resulted with more than 360 degrees of scenery before your eyes. We stretched the canvas on 1″ deep stretcher bars with black canvas tape and we can now hang our finished product without further framing.
Cool: Exceptional print quality, and it made a great gift!
